Depending on your skill level, the clubs you should use should change, so which equipment should you buy?

Handicap +15 (New Golfers)

  • You will need something that provides a lot of forgiveness, look for a club not super expensive that provides lots of help with your inconsistent shots
    • Irons – Taylormade Stealth, Callaway Mavrik, Callaway Apex
    • Driver – Taylormade M4, Callaway Big Bertha, Ping G425
    • Wedges – Titleist Vokey, Cleveland CBX, Cleveland RTX
    • Putter – Pick something that feels comfortable! dont over think it

Handicap +6

  • Like the avid golfer who golfs consistently and looking for that balance of workability, spin, with still slight forgiveness in turn
    • Irons- Taylormade P770 (Look to combo set this with the P790 for the long iron)
    • Driver- Taylormade Stealth w Carbonwood face, Titleist TS series, Callaway Rouge
    • Wedges- Titleist Vokey,
    • Putter- again, dont over think it

Scratch Golfer

  • For the scratch golfer, the guy who shoots in the 70’s almost every time. No this isnt for you but none the less good to talk about. Workabilty and control over forgiveness, the bad shots are bad, but if able to figure it out youll be an artist on the course.
    • Irons- Taylormade P series (P790, P770, P7MC, P7MB)
    • Driver- Ping, Titleist, Callaway, and Taylormade are the kings here, Personally big fan of Titleist drivers, but thats becuase of my unique swing
